How to do sunbathe?
a) Exposure to the sun only on the affected part of the body;

b) Full-body exposure.
In this case, you can sunbathe naked or covered with a thin white sheet or a thin white cotton sheet.

The sun’s rays are beneficial from dawn until 11 a.m. and in the afternoon from 3 p.m. until sunset. While sunbathing, cool the exposed area of the body every 5 to 10 minutes with a cold shower or by rubbing with a wet towel. After a few minutes, remove the sheet and allow the body to cool. Wrap it again and repeat the process two or three times.
Sweating in the sun is recommended for both adults and children and has the following benefits
